How will my flowers be delivered?

Prior to delivery, the recipient is contacted to confirm a delivery time to ensure someone is home to receive the arrangement. To treat our work with the utmost care, all of our arrangements are hand delivered by our delivery crew.

Can I request a delivery time?

When filling out the order form you will be prompted to list a delivery date. If you want to specify delivery times you can contact the shop at (978)-475-9669 and we will try our best to accommodate!

What if the recipient is not home?

Deliveries sent to addresses where no one is present to accept the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.

What if my town is not listed for delivery?

If you do not see your town available for delivery, please call the shop at 978-475-9669 to confirm our availability.

Is it recommended that I order in advance for major holidays?

For all major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), we recommend that you place your orders at least three to five days in advance.

Can I make special requests?

We are always happy to accommodate specific requests given seasonal and market availability. If you have any questions feel free to call the shop.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with my arrangement?”

Our arrangements are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. We do take great pride in the quality of our work at Les Fleurs, and we want you to enjoy our arrangements much like we do. If you are unsatisfied with the arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work to resolve the issue.
