A Provence Tour

In the spring of 2019, I once again had the privilege of co-hosting a trip to the south of France accompanied by 13 wonderful Les Fleurs clients. My friend Sharon Santoni, a discerning and “plugged-in” tour guide extraordinaire, lead us on a weeklong “trip of a lifetime.” We combined flowers, food, antiques and chateau touring in 5 fully packed days. Our goal was to include as many aspects of French living as we could, without exhausting our group.

Each day started with a French press coffee and freshly baked croissant in hand and off we would go. Our daily itinerary often included going off the beaten path, exploring quaint villages and antique fairs.

17th Century Chateau

Beyond being blessed with the stunning surroundings in Provence, we were fortunate to have as our base for the week, the private chateau owned by Sharon’s friends Marie Christine and Louis. Their home was even more breathtaking in real life, especially after learning the story behind the complete restoration of this magnificent 17th century chateau.
