what shipping service do you use?

Dependent upon the items being shipped, we will use USPS or UPS at our discretion to ship your items. Special requests for expedited shipping at an additional cost may be made by calling the shop at 978.475.9669. For floral and plant delivery options, please see our Floral FAQ page.

where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S.

when will my order ship?

Orders placed with Les Fleurs will ship Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays and will normally ship out within five (5) business days of the order being placed. Please note that items ordered together may ship separately on occasion due to back-ordered quantities or special handling requirements.

how are shipping and handling costs determined?

We want your items to get to you as safely and efficiently as possible! We will determine the proper shipping method based on the size and delicacy of the item(s) ordered.

how will I know if my order has shipped?

You will be notified by email with shipping information and a tracking number upon order shipment.

where will my order ship from?

All orders are packaged and shipped from our shop in Andover, Massachusetts.

are all of the products you carry in-store available on your online store?

Many of our signature items are available both in store and online, while some are just featured in our shop. If you have any questions about merchandise availability or would like something shipped to you that we do not have featured online, feel free to give us a call at 978.475.9669 and we would be happy to assist!

do you offer gift wrapping?

We would be happy to gift wrap any items to send along to a special someone. Please note that you would like your item(s) gift wrapped in the “Notes” section while filling out your shipping information.

if i have a problem with my shipment, what should i do?

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! If there is an error with your shipment, please call us within ten (10) days of receipt at 978.475.9669 and we will be happy to help with your order. Please refer to our Policies page for details on returns or exchanges.

I returned my item, when will I receive a refund?

Once we have received your pre-authorized return, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment within five (5) business days, provided the items are received in acceptable condition. You will receive an email notification of the return details upon our receipt of the items.

are your antique and one-of-a-kind items available online?

We do our best to meet client requests. Our owner and founder, Sandra, frequents France and other parts of the world to bring one-of-a-kind antiques to our shop. Items are listed as they become available.

where do you source your antiques?

Most of our antiques and vintage pieces are made in France, England, other parts of Europe, sourced from France or New England, U.S.

can I order online and pick up in store?

We offer the option of curbside pickup for all items purchased online. To pick up online orders in our store, select “Pickup In Store” as the free shipping method during checkout.

Do you sell custom items?

We specialize in personalized fresh floral for weddings, events and any occasion. The garden design team at Les Fleurs also provides garden design services and custom plant installations for living and workspaces, holiday décor and special events.
