what shipping service do you use?

Dependent upon items being shipped and timing of your order, we will use USPS or UPS at our discretion to ship your items.

where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental U.S.

when will my order ship?

Orders placed with Les Fleurs will ship Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, as occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered, and others may require alternative shipping and handling due to size, weight, delicacy, etc.

how are shipping and handling costs determined?

We want your items to get to you as safely and quickly as possible! We will determine the proper shipping based on the type of item(s) you ordered, their size, and how delicate they are.

how will I know if my order has shipped?

We will send you an e-mail with your order details and tracking number as soon as it is available. Orders typically ship out within five (5) business days of your order being placed.

where will my order ship from?

All orders are packaged and shipped from our shop in Andover, Massachusetts.

if I am unhappy with my item, will you accept my return?

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! If you are unhappy with any item(s) you have received, feel free to give us a call within ten (10) days of receipt at 978.475.9669 and we can let you know the steps you can take to return your item, if eligible.

Some items, such as antiques, sale items and specialty merchandise are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns. Please refer to our Policies page to learn more.

 

I returned my item, when will I receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, you will receive credit in the form of original payment within five (5) business days if items are in acceptable condition.

do you offer gift wrapping?

We would be happy to gift wrap any items to send along to a special someone. Please note that you’d like your item(s) gift wrapped in the “Notes” section while filling out your shipping information.

are all of the products you carry in - store available on your online store?

Many of our signature items are available both in-store and online, while some are just featured in our shop. If you have any questions about merchandise availability or would like something shipped to you that we do not have featured online, feel free to give us a call at 978.475.9669 and we would be happy to assist!

are your antique and one - of - a - kind items available online?

We do our best to meet client requests. Our owner and Founder, Sandra, frequents France and other parts of the world to bring one-of- a-kind antiques to our shop. Items are listed as they become available.

where do you source your antiques?

Most our antiques and vintage pieces are sourced from France and other parts of Europe and around the world.

can I order online and pick up in - store?

We would love to have you visit our shop! If you see something in our online store, but would rather pick it up in person than have us ship it to you- we’d be happy to help! Just give us a call at 978.475.9669 and we can set aside anything you’d like.
