What towns are available for fresh floral & plant delivery?

How will my flowers be delivered?

The recipient will be contacted on the day of delivery to confirm a time when someone will be home to receive the arrangement. To treat our work with the utmost care, our arrangements are hand-delivered by our delivery crew.

when do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available during regular store hours only, Tuesday - Saturday.
We do not offer delivery on Sundays or Mondays.

Can I request a delivery time?

When filling out the order form, you will be prompted to enter a delivery date. If you want to specify delivery times, please contact the shop at
978-475-9669 and we will try our best to accommodate!

do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery requests must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. Orders received after that time may be delivered on the next available day during regular store hours.

What if the recipient is not home?

If no one is present to accept the delivery after confirming a time with the recipient, the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.

What if my town is not listed for delivery?

If you do not see your town on our delivery location list, please call the shop at 978-475-9669 to inquire about delivery charges and availability.

Is it recommended that I order in advance for major holidays?

For all major holidays including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, we recommend that you place your orders at least three to five days in advance.

Can I make special requests?

We are always happy to accommodate specific requests given seasonal and market availability. If you have any questions, feel free to call the shop at 978-475-9669.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with my arrangement?”

We take great pride in the quality of our work and of the merchandise we source. Because our arrangements are perishable goods, all fresh-floral and plant sales are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve the issue.
