PRIVACY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal identifiable information when you purchase a product, subscribe to a service or request information on our website. We will not sell or give your personal information to anyone. We do keep a record of your order history so that we may continue to provide you with the best level of customer service in the future.

SECURITY

The safety of your payment and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Our shopping cart uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect your payment information so that it can only be read by the payment processor. Payment information using checkout with PayPal is only visible to their payment processor.

SHIPPING

Orders placed with Les Fleurs will ship Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping and handling costs are determined by size, weight and delicacy of items ordered. For more information on our shipping and handling policies, please refer to our FAQs page.

RETURNS

Store merchandise (with the exception of custom, special-order and final-sale items) may be returned within 10 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item, please contact us to make arrangements as we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Furniture must be returned in like-new condition with its original packing and materials. We are unable to accept returns of items damaged by weather conditions or customer use. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be refunded. All fresh floral, custom and special-order items as well as final-sale merchandise are non-returnable. Please refer to our Fresh Floral FAQs page for more information on Fresh Floral purchases.

VINTAGE AND ANTIQUES

All Les Fleurs vintage and one-of-a-kind antique items are unique in both their character and weathering which represents their historical significance. If an antique item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned (with the exception of special-order and final-sale merchandise) for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us for return authorization prior to returning items.

REFUNDS

All refunds for pre-authorized returns received in acceptable condition will be processed within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A credit for the sale price of the returned item(s) will be made to the original form of payment only.

PAYMENTS

For purchases made in our Andover store, we accept cash, personal checks, all major credit cards and Les Fleurs gift cards as forms of payment. For purchases through our on-line store, we accept American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa® and PayPal®. To order items on our website using a Les Fleurs gift card as payment, or if you prefer to provide payment information over the phone, please call us at 978-475-9669 to place a phone order.
