The “Guirlandes et Festons” (Garland and Scallops) pattern has a black floral and garland print against a cream background, hand-colored in 4 colors of soft red, blue, yellow and green, and hand sewn with cream-colored vellum paper with a gold edge. The design is based on an 18th-century devotion box from the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco.
