Stunning 19th century oval terre de fer relish dish assiette (plate) by LONGWY in the Chartres Blue Vintage pattern with a pale blue florals and motif border against the faïence earthenware plate which has aged to a beautiful off white patina.

The faïence* serving dish is known as a ravier - a small, oval serving dish used in French cuisine to serve hors d'oeuvres, snacks, or small cakes.
